SENATOBIA — Furniture maker Chromcraft Revington Inc. is being sold for $3.45 million. The company, which is based in West Lafayette, Ind., and has a factory in Senatobia, has agreed to merge with Denver-based apparel maker Sport-Haley Holdings.
